Pretty bummed I blitzed my legs the last 3 days and decided to take today off. Yesterday was surprisingly deep, I'm sure today is an absolute blast. Rain/sleet in Longmont, wtf?
Rather sqaulie out there. Warm and heavy in the inbetweens.
Beaver Creek was definitely legit today... WAY more than the 3" they reported this morning. Easily 8-12" in the trees (more in Stone Creek) and in wind-loaded areas. It was still dumping when I left, too. Tomorrow morning could be pretty good.

Word from a friend on the ground...
Slide was skier's right of A-Bowl, the part under the little cliff that's closed. Ran over the traverse to OTR, which was open. Buddy helped with a probe line. Nobody believed to be caught but Loveland called Alpine Rescue Team in to doublecheck the debris as a precaution.
