Was there a coachbuilder badge on the bottom of the front quarter-panel?
Karmann made a lot of them.

As only a Citroen could.
2017 RUF CTR is everything you want in a 911.

Sick... looking forward to the hopefully mandatory reprise of the Nurburgring hot lap video.
All cleaned up and registered and legal.
Yay for Porsches.

^^ I'm jealous
Looks good BB. You selling it?
The new GT3 is fucking ill. 4.0 with 500hp and a manual option. Glad I moved that 911R.

I was just reading about that bad boy. Same engine as the RSR?
Yeah those are badass lookin. Racecar for the street.
Bd, I am not planning on selling it. This will be my toy for a while.
That said, everything is for sale. Make me an offer I can't refuse.
I hear you. What are your personal cars right now? Post up some pics.
Fwiw this 944 turbo is a blast to drive around. Very civilized, and the performance is very usable on the freeway. Most fun commuter car I've ever had. And the kids fit in the back seat.
Call me crazy but I like the new Lexus LC 500. RWD with a big honkin naturally aspirated V8 up front? First good looking Lexus since the LF-A in my opinion (and I used to be a big Lexus fan). First one to look good with that ridiculous grille that they need to ditch and even in "I've got enough money to order my Lexus Aston-Martin in coal miner canary yellow"

Oh, and it looks like someone has done them the favor of rendering a TGR edition:

Looks good. 4,300 lbs is heavy but not completely out of line relative to other fast cars. New cars are just heavy.
BB's 944T got me thinking.
Is the Toyota/Suby/Scion GT-86 the new 944?
RWD, 4pot boxer, great handling, fun to drive...?
The mustangs have gotten better. Not a big fan of that Lexus up there. Still that grill doesn't work for me. And 4300lbs? Cmon. Cayman gt4 weighs 3000.
I like the new Z car as well.
Only problem with the brz is no turbo. I have never driven one, but supposedly a great little car. Iittle bit older, but I love the s2000. Future classic me thinks.

Prices on the S2000s indicate it's already a collector. Was blown away by what a neighbor got for his unmolested example.
I think the Lexus' weight is exactly where it needs to be, but it's still a big car. A big front engined grand tourer. A comparable 6 series is ~4500lbs.
Unfortunately Lexus doesn't make a fast car, and hasn't since LFA. I'd rather have this, for the same money, or 10-20k less.

THe above picture is an accurate representation of Race mode on the QV. Awesome car. I did 10 hot laps in one, back to back with a M3 and the QV is on a different level. 4 door Ferrari. Pre Owned with 10k miles for 50k, will be hard to beat.
I've got a 14 C2S that I took on trade for my 991.2 Turbo, for sale, 76k (wholesale). I've also got a 87 930 Turbo, I am about to sell. I rarely have personal cars. I kept a Audi R8 for a long time, because prepaid maint and warranty.
I'm thinking about a S8 for my next daily. They are in the 50s now. That Giulia is sweet, but I like my sedans comfy.
Yeah the TGR edition shooting brake is pretty cool.;)
Pretty much. In a lot of ways it feels similar on the road too.
Yeah at that weight it's a GT not a sports car. No turbo in the BRZ isn't a problem at all, heck I've been driving one for over 2 years and still have a valid license :) It's actually not too difficult or expensive to add one if you need the extra kick. Personally I think I'd go with an electric supercharger rather than turbo. You should try to get out and wring one out for a few hours, it really is a bunch of fun.
Let me borrow yours...
