Reply mostly works if you just wanted to respond in any form. The codes for things like apostrophe ' quotes " and some other special characters do not work most of the time (but even before this site went into a only semi working mode, they could be showing html tags wrong. The reply with quoting of a post is still not working on desktop, has not picked the right post number and no rhyme or reason to it...)Quote:

Everyone is talking about Tapatalk working. Never really used TGR on a mobile device all these years, only desktop browser. So I went to the mobile app store and downloaded it. Created a Tapatalk account and then searched for the TGR. I tried to sign in with user name and password and it failed with both email address and alias on the forum. I have the password (saved and had to change it a bit back)... I tried the login on a desktop in a browser and it works just fine. So I waited a day and now it finally just worked for the first time....
Im still using the iOS app and it is still mostly functional. I feel like it gives me less headaches than i see other posting about w desktop

Tapatalk has a shitty privacy policy and as I recall the video ads were irritating.
Tapatalk likes to display the NSFW thread pictures in whatever resting titty face screen it uses.
When using "quick reply" in the forum, the "insert image" photo upload button does not work on my desktop PC (Windows 10, ancient computer) -- screen just grays out and locks up.

Yup - go to the user profile icon on the right of the main Tapatalk page and then go to Settings. Show Photo Preview is a selectable option there.
