brand new heaven's gate opened for apparently for 12 chairs before failing. rumor mill suggests a tension fault :confused: i get shit takes time to get dialed in, but this feels soooo appropriately sugarbush. cripes.

I find it hilarious that people think the lifts at Magic are bad but don't say shit about Sugarbush. I've got well over 300 days at Magic and only been stranded on the lift once. It took an hour for them to get the backup power working to offload us. That was back in the days when they really didn't have any money and lift certifications were suspect at best.
^^^Lynx chair was the only time I thought I would die on a lift.
Hard stop a few years ago. Insane bouncing. Thought we would pop off the sheaves.
