While it used to be common to find semi-feral dogs on mountain excursions, now pup sightings are limited mainly to the Husky breed, especially in the Araucania where sledding to the border is a thing.

Totally. I did have a long lunch with Silas at the bottom of La Parva and realized it was almost 4pm. Hustled to make it to Fabres by 4:30pm and thankfully from top of Fabres, you can make it to the Vaiven lift back to the hotel/condos base area.
Looks like a bit of a Santa Rosa going in the central zone atm to close off a great season!
