I've got one last mason jar from 3 years ago in the back of my beer fridge. We opened another jar from that batch on Christmas day after dinner last year and it was stupid good. Who would've thought uncooked eggs and cream would not only keep for 3 years but actually get more delicious?
Kind of an adapted version of Alton Brown's recipe:

Crazy how the stuff mellows out over the years. Persevered in the liquor...
^^^ I do this recipe but use only bourbon, not a fan of the other booze flavors. Also, make sure you use freshly ground nutmeg, the ground stuff in the container over powers it IMO
My first attempt. I’m going for two batches of the Alton Brown recipe.

Grabbed the local creamery's, nog. Just whipped up a good one, for Mrs. Flake and I, with Sailor Jerry's spiced rum, bullet rye and bourbon.
Let's Party
Six quarts. The wait begins.

^^^ That, right there, is purty!
Strong work.
Barf.
Betty crocker "eggnog in quantity" is the recipe!
Fresh and Deep.
I put some nog (n/a) in my coffee this morning.
Yeah, I’ll be doing that instead of cream from now through Christmas.
This is my favorite rum for nog. Well worth it

Fresh and Deep.
Cracked the eggnog season open last Sunday with Borden premium and a little something extra, already taking off the day after Christmas just in case I can't recover from overserving on Christmas.
I dig on the eggnog laté.
Fresh and Deep.
