Props to BCA again...
I broke one of my NX-21s last season and sent it in last Friday to be warrantied. Yesterday less than a week after they were sent out I received the binding back all fixed and ready to go. I had taken the brake off to make shipping easier. They installed a brand new brake. BCA rocks. :yourock:
I had previously warrantied a pair of trekkers and got the same kind of service. Gotta love small companies that have a great warranty and customer service.

The knob on my Tracker broke off. I sent it in and they sent me back a brand new one, no questions asked. Rock on.

If you ever get hold of Steve C. at BCA, you *HAVE* to say "Hey, didn't you used to be a drummer in a rock band?"

BCA has made me a loyal customer through their customer service. Along with Smith, they have some of the best in the business I think.

Last year I pulled my beacon out to put a fresh set of batteries in it for the year and the on off had broke. Sent in on mon had new by fri befeore I left to ski.
Good customer servisce for sure!
I really hope I wont need to test there servisce with my Naxo's, but so far so good for 3 seasons now.

Just sent my naxos back
Ive always had good service with BCA. I just sent my 21s in. They were devoloping side to side play. I still wish the 21's had a better ski to toe piece interface.
