where is that workplace rant thread???

tried to scale an application we have to a second server this weekend. found a bug, so i removed the new server.

QA manager tells me that the bug is known and no big deal, put the new server back in.
i refuse.
QA manager talks to my boss, my boss tells me to put the new server back in.
I tell him the bug is a problem, we shouldnt do it.
my boss insists, put the server in, we need the capacity.

an hour later tbe bug is causing problems, and im taking the new server back out, cleaning up the mess.
and my bosses boss is PISSED at him. :the_finge

someday they will learn to listen to me, i just know it. :frown:

Install more bugs.
And then warn them.

And then be a hero again.

megadeth just wasnt cutting it. needed some angrier music for today.

thankfully i keep some pantera on my mp3 player for just these types of days.

switch mouse buttons on QA dude, does left when you click the right one, etc. But i'm sure you have lots higher teck tomfoolery to choose from ;)
