Warranty Question
Last weekend i was skiing switch on an easy groomed run when the heal of my binding ripped out of the ski. This is a 02/03 (orange and black) model mounted with rossignol axial free 180 bindings. The Top sheet now looks like broken glass and i dont think anyone can fix the ski.
I was wondering if anyone had experience with the rossi warranty department. Would something like this be covered,
Rossi's Website said
Damage resulting from faulty or improper
mounting of bindings. This includes stripping
inserts from incorrect mounting. Would not be covered.
this didn't happen because of the mounting...
ANY SUGGESSTIONS ARE WELCOME... PLEASE HELP

I thought that Rossignol was going to replace all of the shiny top sheet Scratches because of the cracking, etc. I'd take it to a dealer and mention that. Someone correct me if I'm wrong...

I've had a couple stupendously good interactions with Rossi's warranty and replacement dept. Go to a dealer, get the direct number to the Rossi warranty dept, and be nice, and they'll almost certainly help you out. At the very least, they'll set you up with a matched single for $75 bucks or so.
good luck
