"Padded Room" missing from drop down

why isn't the "padded room" listed in the "community" drop down menu?

I think it has always been purposefully omitted. probably because the Suit doesn't want the casual passer-by to stumble across our little corner of filth;)

Well....without it there I have to do more of a song and dance to access it from my BB.
