I am supposedly running that free marathon in SLC this sat.
At first I thought, "Yeah, that is cool, I guess."
I later got home thinking clearly,
"Holy crap, I'm going to kill myself."
I am definantly not ready for ski season to be done. I was thinking about extending the season well into spring by lapping on timps glacier. How does that hold up?
The Wasatch 100 is in September...plenty of time to get in shape...Happy Trails!Quote:

I have run marathons without training twice. It is a beatdown, but it is a great way to learn about yourself. I was recovered enough for long bike rides 3 days after the race. Go for it!
