I've always wondered if that explosives shed had any kind of security system. Though it's a little out of the way, the location is far from a secret and easily accessible if you'd be willing to do some hiking or some after-closing hunkering.
The article notes that it's only accessible by ski or snowmobile... but it does't seem to me like it would be much of a stretch to assume that somebody would hike up with snowshoes and a large backpack.
If the resort's security measures prove to have been grossly inadequate, could Intrawest/WPRA be penalized or fined?

I mean.. think about all the fun you could have blowing up stuff..... a big log, maybe a whole load of little green army men or Star Wars action figures, your ex-best friend's car after you found out he slept with your wife, a bath tub, sewer manholes, a smaller house or single-wide, your ex-girlfiend's dog, a full septic tank....
