I tried doing this a little while ago the images did not show up in the thread. I went the usual route of copying the image's location and pasting it in, but they just didn't show, any advice or knowledge about doing this?

I think Picasa is blocking hotlinking... So you can't post the pics here (only a link to the gallery).
That's the conclusion I've come to also, wtf? It would only make me use it more, now I'm stuck with flickr. :nonono2:
