Any recommendations? I jacked up my lower back (somewhere in the lumbar) while skiing on Saturday and leave for the Alps on Thursday. This happens every few years and my usual solution (rest and anti-inflammatories) might not be timely enough. No sciatic pain but when it goes initially I hit the deck like a French prizefighter.
I've never used a chiro before but all options are on the table at this point.
