Searching for ice screw swivels...

I currently have Black Diamond Turbo Ice Screws up for auction on Ebay. They are missing the swivel you are supposed to hook onto. I was informed they may be too dangerous to sell if they were to be purchased by an inexperienced climber and I would like to know where I can find replacement pieces for these?

They are not normally a removable part...

So they "fell off the back of the truck"? Or did someone "forget about having them in my pocket"?
