What one ski quiver for a short lightweight?

Hey maggots! I'm 5'2" and 122 pounds and am looking for a ski with a waist in the mid-90 width. A ski that will charge GS turns in creamy powder, but also turn on a dime in tight trees. It would be nice for them to carve on groomers, but I don't put a lot of priority on that. Right now I'm skiing 155 Trouble Makers, but they are way to noodely for all-mountain, and need to be fatter for deeper snow. Recently I demoed 168 Movement Kamasutras, and really liked them for the wide open stuff. However in tight and steep chutes, the tail wouldn't release, and I couldn't schmear my turns. Supremely annoying, so I'm a little leary of longer skis. Anyways: skis I am considering

168 Gotama (a little fatter than the others)

163 Sugar Daddys

165 Armada ARV

158 Legend 8800

165 Line Prophet 90

Also, I am a skilled skier and aspiring hucker so something stompable would be great. I like to make a variety of turn radiuses, so schmearabilty is important.

Suggestions? Comments? And for those who Jong me, at least I'm in the correct forum;)

One of the coaches at Alpine is about your height. He mainly skis PEs.

Where you ski is key. 158 Fischer AMC 79s would be a good choice on the narrower-waist front. Rossi Scratch BCs in a 160 could work if you need more waist.

Armada ARV (!)

This ski is flat out fun and worked all over the mountain and associated spectrum of conditions. Demo them first as they are pretty soft, but I skied them and trouble makers two days apart and liked the ARVs much better. But in general, they can make almost any turn, they float well yet still grip an edge, and are incredibly nimble. Even though you're short, I think the 165 would do well for you. I'm 5'7 and weigh a little more (140), and I found the 175 to be the ticket.

I have the Rossi Scratch Sprayer BC (160) which I love for all mountain fahkin around. I can drive these stixs on groomers and they are softer and lighter for huckin and tight tree turns. Not 1st choice for big pow days but hey, get another pair of skis for that!!

Thanx, Ill be sure to check the ARV's and Scratch's out. It also looks that they don't have an insane sticker shock, like the Legend 8800s. Any place I can demo these things in the Colorado Springs or Summit/Eagle country area?

Try some 169 seths. My gf who is exactly your size loved them.

Looks like the Scratch Pro is a good call. However the K2 Seth intrigues me, although it seems a bit long. What type of skier is your gf, MakersTeleMark? Any more comments on the Seths? Do you think my bad experience with the kamasutra was too much tune in the tails, making them hook? Yikes, I am confused!!

Bindings were Rottie R8s. My gf schralps the tele.

^^ what he said, if you ever come to the east coast, hit me up, you can try the only pair in existence (168's). that goes for all maggots. or just hit up splat and tell him they need to build this ski. (for the record, I am a guy, 5'4" 135lbs) still want to try the 179, just haven't gotten my hands on them yet, maybe at the summit?
