So back in November I got a cavity filled on my back right lower molar. Everything was peachy until 3-4 weeks later in December when suddenly the tooth was throbbing in pain as I attempted to chew with it (i believe a french fry triggered it:fuckyou: ).
Went back to the Dentist, he squeezed me in between patients, checked it out visually and concluded the filling wasn't properly ground down - drilled it down until it was level.
This helped, but i still often find myself in pain if I chew anything harder than bread on my right side, and last night I woke up and noticed that even slight jaw pressure was starting to give me some dull pain. My dentist did mention he had to drill pretty deep when fixing the cavity - but I'm having a hard time believing that a tooth this sensitive to pressure is normal.
What's wrong with me? Is this normal? Any dental mags out there?
