FS: NEW Mojo 90 176cm w/ Mojo 15 bindings signed by Jon Olsson

Hey everyone, I know this is very sad... and I feel pathetic but economically it makes no sense for me to hold onto these amazing skis that I won from winning tyroliagame.com. So here's the scoop... the skis have NEVER been skied and are the 176 Mojo 90s signed (twice - once on each ski) by Jon Olsson with the Mojo 15 bindings set for a 344mm boot (Tyrolia mounted the bindings for me when I won). I had asked Tyrolia to mount the bindngs 4cm forward, however I'm certain they are mounted at the normal mounting position . I'm asking $650 for the skis... here's your chance to get a sick pair of skis - signed by your favorite athlete. Here are some pics:

I have paperwork (e-mails & some documents I got with the skis) showing I was the winner of the first round of Tyrolia Freeride Clash (that way you know I didn't just sign the skis myself). Also... this setup at my local shop goes for $750... granted I'm not going to service your skis for you, but $100 off is pretty nice especially w/ Jon Olsson's signature (maybe you'll be able to start throwing kangaroo flips). Anyway... let me know if you're interested. Otherwise I'll have to throw them up on Ebay. Thanks!

I'm confused... you're angry because I'm selling the skis which are autographed by Jon Olsson for $100 cheaper than retail????

The real retail is $800 just for Mojos... I agree nobody would ever pay that much for them, but $650 shipped for these isn't absurd.

I really wanted to keep these skis... but I have NOO money (I'm in lawschool having to work shitty hours on top of the already ridiculous amount of work I have just so I can pay for gas money and groceries) and it doesn't make sense when I bought new PEs this year to keep both pairs of skis.

I went down to my local shop asked them how much this exact setup would cost and took $100 off of that... the skis are signed by arguably the best and most consistent newschool skier on the planet.

Yeah... I have a post up there as well. When I asked how much people would pay everyone said $750 would be how much w/ the sig. Then when I got the skis I posted a for sale... and I had two people that messaged me saying they wanted them. Then they both backed out saying that they thought they had (or be able to get that money... I'm assuming from their parents) but I'm assuming got denied. Might have to sell them on ebay I guess...

You have to understand, TGR is a place where people hook each other up. If I want to get some money I put stuff on Ebay. If I want Karma I post stuff on here. People on TGR are a tight knit community, they try and help each other out. Your price isn't bad, it just isn't in line with what TGR is all about.

HAHA you'd have to pay prolly $650.00 then.... the game tyroliagame.com is incredibly addictive. I played it over my break for hours and hours just so I could win a T-Shirt (you accumulate points by beating opponents)... but I ended up winning the 'grand prize' which was randomly selected out of the top point scorers.

The proceeds I can get for these is basically just going to make my life a little less stressful. I guess I could go a little lower... like $600, but if no one is interested I might as well throw them up on ebay - maybe for some of you guys money isn't a big deal but I'm barely making it month to month and law school is stressful enough. I also thought that going lower than what my ski shop would sell this set up for by $100 would make you guys happy, since I know people who sell things for way over retail get killed... but I guess I was mistaken. Sorry.

When you find some Mojo 90's with Mickey Mantle's sig on them, hit me up. In that case, they might be worth it.

I'm not doubting people will spend $750 for this setup, but 'round here, we buy cheap, we sell cheap. And if we score free gear, we most certainly don't sell to fellow mags for 87% of the market value. Know your audience and read the GUIDELINES.

jon is a really great skier, seems like an all around personable guy, and the kangaroo flip is excellent, but you're a retard if you pay for his autograph in any manner.

The signature is more or less worthless and it's a ski that hasn't changed, aside from graphics, in like three years. I sold that same setup, skied a couple times, with one year old graphics for more in the $300 range. Considering most buyers aren't gonna have a 334mm BSL and will have to remount, that kinda detracts a bit too. You be dumb to buy that set for retail considering how many of last year's model Mojo 90s and Mojo 15s there are floating around. I think you're safe to ask about $400 for that setup. It's more than I'd pay, but I'm sure somebody wants that exact ski.

so the ebay auction ended and had zero bites... sell them to me for $400... i'll drive up to you (i'm in boston - you're in nh) and hand you cash... $400 cash in hand is far better than having skis you won't use and holding out for $650 only to never receive it...

If I went crazy one day and smoked some crack and bought those skis from you the first thing I'd do is find a way to buff out that signature because every time you'd ride the chair with some 16 year old dip squat who asked you who signed your skis you'd have to tell him JO (heheh, J-O) and then they'd be like "whoa, that's amazing, so what's your best trick?" And then you'd have to eat cyanide and barf out your brain and die.

haha... i hear ya on the sig... i certainly don't care about it... i just want the skis and am hoping to be able to get the sig off it... when it comes down to it, they're just skis though... as long as they do their job i don't care who signs it... maybe if i do hear back from the seller i'll have everyone on the TGR forums sign them... haha... ya think UPS would sponsor it?
