I Must Have Had a Good Interview
Last week I had a phone interview with the State of WA I just received a call that they want to fly me out there for a second interview. I am a little shocked at this development because when I applied for the position a few weeks ago I didn't think it would amount to much. When they called me for an interview I didn't put much stock into the interview either. I did do well, but being from half-way across the country I still didn't give myself much of a chance.
Well just a few minutes ago I get a call from the the State and they want to fly me in for a second interview. I accepted the invitation and will be flying out there sometime early next month. Chances are I'll only be be there for one night on their dime, but at the very least I'm hoping I'll be able to drive around the City of Seattle to and be able to get an idea of the size. With only one night I doubt I'll be able to do much more that that.
