iPod + Nike gizmo - useful? worth it?
I have a 1st generation iPod 10gb that is starting to lose life. I also have a spare tire around my gut that has a life of it's own. I'd like to see a proportional difference in my belly commensurate with the size difference of my current iPod to an iPod Nano.
Has anybody used the Nike +iPod sport kit in their training? I wouldn't use the Nike shoes because my feet don't fit Nikes. I do need an extra kick in the ass to run and run effectively. What have your experiences been?
