Rossi Axial 110 Bindings adjustment

I downsized boots from a 320 mm to 312mm and have a pair of Rossi Axial bindings (about 5 years old)

So I took and placed the boot into the bindings and it seems like it matches up for length and snaps right in (did not try to compare yet side by side with the old boots) with the toe in the heel is touching the back of the heel of the boot on each point to the outside of the bindings. Is there any adjustment for the toe width (wing spand for lack of the technical term) on these (the toe center is not hitting against the boot just the end wings and is close to the edge of the boot ledge that the bindings sit on.

Is it possible that these will not need any adjustment, or should I take them into a shop and have them look them over (and probably charge me since nothing was purchased through them). Beer may work too since it is just a trained eye and a screw driver needed for this.

I believe with axials the procedure is:
1) nothing to do at the toe
2) check forward pressure screw. Its the screw at the very back of the heel piece, what you'll screw back/forward to move the heel piece (duh). Its supposed the stick out 1/2mm from its housing.
There is no way an 8mm shorter boot sole will not need to be adjusted. Screw the heel piece forward about that much and take it from there.

^^^Yeah, you'll need to adjust the forward pressure. If you're not sure what this is - put your old boot in the binding and watch the heal piece move back as the boot clicks in. This is your 'forward pressure' in action. You want your new boot to make the binding do this too.

You'll also want to keep an eye on the range of motion limits. The axials will have a couple of little vertical lines on the heel track, and a line on the piece that moves, which wants to stay between the first two.

Sorry, no such luck. But I don't think there's anything new this year versus last -- the big change was the PX heel.

No worries. It struck my that the manuals don't list the exact weights, unlike for example the salomon and tyrolia manuals. Does anyone know if/where these mgight be documented?
