Heaven & Hell

I HS I loved H & H & Mob Rules the 2 Black Sabbath albums Ronnie James Dio fronted before he went solo. To commemorate the release of a new anthology, Black Sabbath: The Dio Years, they decided to record a couple new tunes. This led to a full blown reunion tour with possibly a new album to follow. They'll be touring under the Heaven & Hell moniker but it'll be Iommi & Butler with Dio & Appice, and will make their 2007 debut in Vancouver in March. Supposedly with Megadeth & Down as the openers!
I'm smellin' a Whistler trip right about that time!!!

I plan on going to the first show here in Vancouver. I'll be going more to see Down open for them than anything else though.

wow...if you wait long eenough, every incarnation of every band will be back!
yea, i actually got into sabbath post-ozzy...i was a big dio fan from his years with (ritchie blackmore's) Rainbow. saw the dio-fronted lineup a few times from 80-82...both of those albums were great.
the one i'm still mad i missed (to go to a frat party) was the ian gillan fronted sabbath...born again was one of the scariest-sounding and heavy albums sabbath ever recorded. :FIREdevil
