AT issue

I have a problem. I just got some AT boots with a bootsole length of 317, and I have xl fritschis which were fit to my old alpine boots that are 335. The XL's wont go that small, so will my fritschis end up on gear swap?

WAIT!!!! wasn't there a thread a few weeks back about cutting down a freeride to fit a kid's boot? It would make sense to me that the connector tube could be shortened.

Just duct tape the shit out of the toe and heel to make them fit................................not!
