MD9, can I use one of your photographs as my Facebook picture?

I am talking specifically here about one from your "Almost kind-of sorta TR" thread, where you've got the poles in the air with the sun in the background. I'd take my own picture but the conditions at Ski Beech aren't conducive to that type of shot (and I've been prohibited from financing any more western trips with my school loan). I don't anticipate winning any free skis on account of my facebook picture, but do anticipate telling people that I am the person in the photo. This is assuming of course that one of my 14 facebook friends asks about it. Let me know if there's a problem.



Alright, I've managed to cap off the last two weeks of my life spent reading this entire forum by posting this dumbass thread. I'm serious about the pic though, one of my favorites (along with mtbakerskier's image featured in the Illume contest and iskibc's landry route ridge shot)

I took those pictures, but you can go ahead and use them. Just paypal me 50 bucks.

Ummm, not if you're going to claim it's you. That's a little weird. Setting a pic as your desktop or something is fine, but claiming it's you (not that it's anything special) isn't very cool. Besides it's actually GT40's picture. I'm just the kid in the photo. :D

Sorry to disappoint, not a troll, atleast not on purpose (my jongness can't distinguish between a joke and trolling). However, MeatDrink I have since joined the Facebook group "Legend of the White Buffalo," so it looks like I won't be needing the photo anymore. And Roo I have a permanent boner that would uppercut the shit out of any locker key, so that can't work. But as for the original thread, the part about me passing the picture off as mine was written in jest--didn't intend for it to cause any concern

One more thing before I go start a new alias and never post again: this forum is fucking awesome, thanks for all the great stoke and I look forward to the next scandal
