How are the Arc'teryx Stingray Pants??

I am looking at some new ski pants. I was wondering if any of you guys have the stingray pants. Also, I was wondering how the sizing was on Arc'teryx pants. I have a 36" waist and I know I wear a Large in a MHW and an XL in Marmot Pants. How are Arc'teryx pants sized? I would appreciate any other info on these pants as well....also do they have an adjustable waist??
