Salomon Carbon Plates - Mounting/Hardware Question

I have a set of old carbon fiber salomon plates that I want to put on a set of GS boards, but I'm missing the hardware. I can find the hardware for the front 4 holes pretty easily, and can get new glue, but I have no idea what was used in the back 2 holes. I'm assuming one of those white pieces like on a Deflex, but I dunno. Any ideas?

Also - any idea on what those metal holes are for?

I realize I should probably take this over to Gapic, but figured there might be some guys on this board who are pretty familiar with Salomon's shit and might be able to help. Thanks.
