Those Mysterious Squads

I saw those reverse sidecut squads in person on Saturday while in the Summit ski shop on Whistler. Screwed to the wall right above the door to the workshop is a reverse sidecut squad that looks to be just short of 200cm. Signed by a few people, but the only one I could read/remember was Hugo's. I asked the tech and he confirmed it.

I tried to take a picture of it on my shitty camera, but not even worth posting. If your by there, take a look if your pussy gets a little wet but such things like mine does.

how much sidecut are we talking about? Simple shape or complex like ARGs? Camber?

Simple shape, the sidecut seemed to be what the pair splat posted a picture of in the thread from a while back. I couldn't get a good look at camber since the skis were mounted to the wall right above the trim of the door, however I'd say average amount of camber. The shovels weren't as extended as other squads (in the sense that the length from tip to usuable ski wasn't as long as what seemed to be in the consumer sqauds).

supposedly Hugo and the Helly Hansen crew are doing a photo shoot at Copper tomorrow, if I manage to track them down I'll ask him about them, kind of a long shot but who knows

Oh come on, they're just screwed to the wall? Someone go in there and take a picture for the rest of us. Its not like you're trying to grab a shot of some guy's skis five people in front of you in the liftline.

Sound like they might be fucking sick though.

Yea the shape looked extremely like the ones splat posted. But yea, wouldn't be hard at all to take a picture, just my cell phone shots I can barely make out the ski. Also not sure what length they "stated" since there was a random sticker over the tail. Next time I'm up I'll try to take a better picture, but that probably won't be until like the 14th ish since I have a bunch of finals.

Actually holy shit those might be the very skis in the shop. The ones in the picture above you can see has two drawn mount lines (red and blue), these had the same lines drawn the same distance apart.

There would also be a black sidewall patch on them, too, I believe.
Guys in the shop said those were some protos Hugo had built, but didn't like.
