Twisted my knee...need help

I was playing racquetball and twisted my knee. I stretched my minuscus a few years back but never had surgery, was told it was not needed at the time. Well the other night i twisted my knee again. I have full range of motion, no discoloration, no swelling, and just a little pain and discomfort. I can also walk on it just fine. Could it just be a sprain and nothing serious. Should i just take it easy for a week or two or until it feels better? Its only been hurt for a few days but feels better everyday it seems. Thanks alot!

general care for musculoskeletal injuries. rest, ice, elevation, compression. If after a few days, up to a week or so, it is not feeling better seek another opinion from your Doc.
