Roadtrip Accommodation Switzerland

Im busy planning a road trip over Christmas and New years in Switzerland and Austria and am trying to find cheap places to stay that arent already booked out. The plan is to spend 3 days over Xmas in St. Anton, the head to Innsbruck and ski around there for a couple of days. After that head back to Zurich where I live and either do day trips from there to Andermatt, Engelberg, Disentis etc. or if possible stay in hostels close to the ski areas.

So far I have booked 3 nights in a basement in Pettneu that I stayed in last year when I was a skibum in st. anton, and then booked a night at a hostel in Innsbruck. I havent had any luck sorting out places to stay in Switzerland. Any suggestions??
