got a friend moving there and needs a room. This chica has a professional job in sales lined up for her, but shes got no where to stay yet and will be moving there in about a week.
studio or 1 bedroom preferred, anywhere near aspen -- i dont know what her price range so post if you have anything and i can refer her to this thread so she can see whats up. Not sure if she wants roomies, but with a place as pricey as ASSSSSpen i would think that she would have to consider it.

The studio below me will probably be up for rent after the september 7th. I don't think my landlord has rented it out yet. It is in Snowmass Village and a 5 minute walk to the bus. It is in one half of a duplex on a quiet street(we live upstairs and the other half is a second home occupied maybe 4 weeks a year). I believe it went for about 700/mo. Two caveats: 1)it is a small studio and it doesn't have an oven, only a hot plate and microwave(but we cook alot if she is friendly) 2)even though me and my gf and dog are pretty quiet and don't really party at our place, it can be loud because it is actually a downstairs room that is part of our unit. The landlord just shuts off the door that connects it to our place. I don't know if this sounds like something she may want but I can pm you our landlords # if she wants to call him and check the details.
