It's been a while since I've done much posting around here, so I thought I'd check in. I definitely haven't "turned the corner" towards winter yet, although that storm on the NW flow the other day was invigorating. I've just recently really felt my climbing start to progress again, so I'm stoked about that. I got out for a nice hike and climbing route today with Mike. We sort of followed the 11th hour route on the Sundial. 4 pitches, 5.9, they way we did it at least.
I've been avoiding taking my big camera climbing, but I decided this would be a good mellow day to try it out. I ended up leading the toughest pitch wearing it, and I got it set up so it doesn't get in my way at all. It'll definitely be coming along more often from now on.
