TR-Shooting on Rainbow

This week my job as a Hollywood whore took me up to Rainbow mountain across from Whistler/Blackcomb. Our objective was to film some bad guys as they get picked off by the hero (a highly skilled sniper on the run in the wilds). Look for "Shooter" in theaters next year if you're into that sort of thing.

It got up to 40 degrees in the Whistler Valley. Here's part of the circus.

Some gear went in the A-Star. The bigger stuff was slung. We had 4 choppers, 2 A-Stars, a 212 and an E-130 (?) going ALL day.

Despite how annoyed I get with my job, it has some pretty sweet days every once in awhile. This was one of them. Hope you enjoyed it too.

Yea man sounds like a kick ass job. I'm sure there is a lot of drama involved too but free trip to Whistler.

I really feel for you man, having to be out in that sun all day at the top of the mountains, while others sit in their nice temperature controled offices. Ain't life a bitch! :wink:
