Skin Glue Removal Help

I need to remove some skin glue from the base of my fine and dandy No Ka Oi's.

Glopstopper? Scraping?

Any suggestions will be met with lavish praise and grifts.

Base cleaner, or if without, hot scrape, not as effective, but close.
