Looking for some advice. I just picked up a pair of used Sanouk's and I am wondering what I should mount on them (Solomon or freeride) & if it makes sense to keep my beat up '03 Gotama's?

You'll have to detune the edges to deepthroat them - a liberal coating of vaseline will help. Shop I work at in the valley is getting alot of requests for these tunes lately - seems Vivid is branching out into ski porn.Quote:

The valley...you must get in at least 5 days a year.
Tyrone, do I hear a new drinking game in the works?
Shot-ski rules:
Rule #1: If I have to stop and wait for you, you take a shot.
Rule #2: If you have to stop and wait for me, I take a shot.
Rule #3: Anyone that falls takes a shot.
Rule #4: Lose a ski during a fall take 2 shots.
Rule #5: Lose both skis during a fall take 3 shots.
push the skis together and mount alpine bindings with a plate diagnoally across them. you have a dual tip dual swallowtail carving board. Ignore the speed hole between the skis where they wont mount up flush.
I have mine mounted with freerides. They are actually fairly light for the size of the skis. Great deep pow touring skis. I would say it's a lighter setup than a freeride+Explosiv.
I think someone on the board likes Silvretta Pure Freerides. Try those?
Upallnight:
Home resort is Baker and ocasionally ski at Crystal & Whistler, mainly in the resort acessed B.C. Been skiing since I was 2. Lange L10. My other set-ups are tele for straight-up BC.
Dynafits are lower profile; more clearance for the uvulaQuote:

Mount 'em with Freerides at +9. Then go hit the park.Quote:
