What should I get.
Looking to reduce rotational weight to help on the long climbs with my SS. Need to be some what tough, they are going to be used for endurance racing.
Tires are Maxlite310's w/ta strips and stans.

mavic f519 (dunno what they are called now) strongest/lightest rim out there.
What are they calling the 3.1 these days? I think it's the same rim as the crossmax wheels......

You might also want to check out the FSA xc-300. They were recently reviewed in bike mag, but they've been out for awhile. Getting great reviews on mtbr for the price (found them for 320 online today). Not UST though.
That 819 is the shit. Also check out that (new?) company called American Classic or something like that. I have a frame builder buddy in New Mexico who is raving about them. I pedalled on some really light and stiff ones recently, but can't comment on strength...
I have a set of Speed Dream Wheels from 1999 that are still in use and have at least 4000 miles on them. You talk with Dave and based on your riding style, etc. he specs a wheelset for you. I believe there are examples on the site.
BTW they are as true today as when purchased new...
