if you read the ad in the link that little tid bit of info is explained. it's labeled Dell but it's definitely a Trinitron monitor made by Sony.

Splat, I am fully psyched. Thanks for the hookup. I spent a good amount of time just fondeling them (the skis) today. They will be on display all over new england mountains.

DELL doesn't actually MAKE anything, they just provide crappy customer support for the rebranded merchandise that they sell
