All I can tell you specifically is it's from a magazine called Adbusters. Some fancy pants art mag, costs like 20 bucks a pop but has no advertising. That's about all I know.

The little troll is something else. He looks really fake in some ways, but also looks like it could actually be a person.

What the hell Ray Romano is doing in there is what I want to know....
