Alright, I found a nice way of jacking up her votes rather quickly. You'll need to set up your browser to either disable cookies, or handle them manually. After doing this you can cast your vote, hit reload, and continue to vote as many times as you'd like.
I'll bet Caroline's lower lip gets awfully chapped at the beach.
