Heli Crash in Chamonix

Sad news. One of the victims, Gerard, appeared in our Nov. 1999 issue, and is friends with Jesse Davenport. There's a link on Powdermag's homepage, under "this just in."

Yeah, there's a thread with the report, but nobody knew about Gerard. I guess the heli was searching for some people up there, and they weren't found either?
