Anybody know who makes those 10 man bikes?

Saw one in Times Square the other day- everyone sits in a circle and one guy steers/brakes. Totally awesome. Have tried to google it for lik 20 mins and can;t find it :(

The second pic is of an "Octos", not sure exactly what the first one is...but it looks similar (I think this might be two versions of the same bike). Here's a link to more info on the Octos. Looks like they're made in the Netherlands.
