Trashed ski: WWMD?

Skiing in Verb 2 weeks ago I turned ripped the shims and bindings right off of my Megabangs. Binding still attached to foot, ski went off into white yonder. I found the ski but the topsheet is destroyed. These skis are the 2003 model and new as of last Jan.

If I take it to a shop is there a chance that they will be able to swap out with me? Maybe they can send them back? Do I contact Rossi directly? I bought them from a rep in CO last winter so I have no receipt. Am I effed?

Rossi has an excellent warranty dept
go find a shop and get the rossi warranty number and call them up and explain. Particularly on a tele stick, you never should have ripped out the binders. They'll almost certainly make you send the pair in, but they'll also most likely warranty them. Barring their willingness to do so, they can also probably find a single Mega for you and sell it to you for cheap (from the good half of somebody else's warranty claim).

Broke some bandits and they wouldn't warranty them for me, but did send me a good one for $30 or $40.
