Nature's Path organic instant oatmeal is mighty good! It's so much better than that sugary crap from Quaker, it's no contest.
Optimum Power! Yummy stuff.

I have to admit that oatmeal looks pretty lame.
There is nothing lame about a nice sloppy bowl of porridge.

Right now, I am sinking my teeth into:

Had mine,this morning as well.
If you're sinking your teeth into coffee, it might be a bit too thick.Quote:

What does the Flax bring to the table? Colon-cleansing roughage?
I bet that stuff would be great (if made with 1/2 & 1/2 and a big dollop of Honey.)
I have no idea what the flax does.
The Boss buys the stuff in a variety pack from Costco; I don't know what it costs, but the packets are larger than the Quaker packets. A hot breakfast that sticks to your ribs.
Flax is loaded w/ omega 3 fatty acids, supposedly very good for the brain and also muscle tissue.
Also, the optimum zen is where it's really at. My girlfriend started buying it and mixing it with honey. At first I thought she was wasting her money on froo-froo shit, but when I tasted it, I was convinved. Good stuff.
