I bought my house just over 2 years ago and a buddy and I built this little guy where a bird cage stand was when I moved in in the first month. You r correct about the floating through part, but how many fish have died, people fallen out of boats or been arrested cuz their ass hit a rock in low water years due to not being able to stop, anchor or touch the BOTTOM of a river.
