i put New Jersey but there is no New York option? glitch or is there some weird issue that precludes us from entering?

New York and Florida both requirte us to put up MASSIVE bonds in orderto do a legit contest.Between the two states it would have cost us something crazy like $40 K in bonds. Soooo, NY and FL are excluded. Sorry, but we just can't afford it.
