My class assignment - due tonight... (kinda skiing related...)

I'm taking an online class for the hell of it at the U of Wyo even though I grajoowaited already. It is senior level Recreation and Tourism class. I have a short paper due tonight and I just remembered about it...

Assignment:

Write a 3-4 page paper double spaced narrative about a trip or touristic event that you have taken that was particularly memorable, important or interesting to you.

Set the scene of the event, tell the story and tell why it was important to you. It must be from your perspective as a tourist.

Spelling, grammar etc will be counted.

Since there is no way of proving my story, I thought I'd entertain ideas here and make it a collective maggot story. It would really blow my prof's mind with some of the stuff spoken and remembered on this board. Like the pantsuit adventure, backing the Jeep into the ditch, going to that funky sex party in Canada, skiing faster than Highway Star, getting chased on a bike in Detroit... so on.

What should I start with.......?

That ^ is a senior level r+t assignment? I have a degree in r+t and I would have killed for an assignment like that even in my sophomore level classes. Wow:eek: Anyhow, sounds like it should be a cool story...post it perhaps?

Make it about your 06-07 trip to Jackson Hole and how pissed you were they got rid of the tram and how much the chairlift replacement sucked.

Yeah, it is a very easy class. I have a bachelor's degree in Marketing for the University of Wyoming College of Business. This is an online class as well, which may be another reason the assignments are so short/simple.

Anyway, I wrote about a solo road trip I took to Aspen once a few years ago.

It was a pretty uneventful story, just something to get credit.

I was really a comment on what people think of as college level academic work. 3- 4 pagesd double spaced? Spelling and grammar count? That's like 6th grade dude. Get yer money back- just write on your own for fun- they're certainly not doing anything for you.

They have other really good programs here ;)

And hopefully our football team is finally going to kick CSU, BYU and UTAH's ass in the same season........ :D

you are waiting for your connection, your plane is late and the cougar in the full length fur (who has been giving you eyes) picks up her cell phone and dials her husband who sends his jet right over. You over hear this and quite slickly walk on over and ask for a ride. Of course she says yes to the plane ride and yes to everything else. You land and meet the husband who slips you a hundy for helping with the bags. You hop in a cab and head to town!
