holy shit!! markers suck
Awesome! Thanks, blurred. I love how he still manages to cleanly execute his spins. Also love how close his skis come to bonking him on the head.
Sick and ashamed and happy (and wonder what effect it had on his poor placing in qualifying),
d.
Sick. Way to stay calm and finish the rotations he had already started, even though he probably knew what happened when it happened.
That was awesome.
He needs a medal for sheer commitment to his rotations .....
that's a great example of how much force and torque those guys are placing on their skis and bindings when they launch. sick.
WOW.:fm:
If he would have stuck that think of the contreversy.....
how can you not award the gold to someone who sticks that landing with no skis???
It was a training jump and didn't count to anything. In an interview he said at first he thought one came off and then realized they were both gone but figured he'd just do the jump and land on his butt to save his knees. He said he was amazed at how much time he had to think about it while he was up there.
Bump for skiguide...
Sick and ashamed and happy (and any excuse...),
d.
I think he was a type 3 instead of a 2+...
