After spending 8 days at the ocean I finally made it back into the mountains. 6 hours of skinning and skiing, almost 5000 vert and my quads are hammered.
I've never felt them like this before. Even during the day, they felt tingly, weak, and out of flow. Throughout the day I was feeling a bit light headed.
the question is, can one week really make that much of a difference? And can you lose a shitload of red blodd cells that quickly?
I thought I was in shape but now I feel so lame...relatively speaking of course;)
