Looks like I'll be leaving for UT late Christmas night, skiing Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Who is going to be where? Never been to Alta or the basin, so I'm shooting for one of the two.

I'll be at Alta Friday for sure, as will many others.
Basin might be good call for Saturday - LCC will be PACKED.

After talking to the LCC boys, red baron, and my fam..the schedule is Alta on Friday. Basin on Saturday and back to whichever was better for Sunday.
Oh yeah, and breck tomorrow if anybody is going to be out. We'll be meeting up with Odin.

See you mooks at Basin on Sat...Santa left me a "Get outa Powder Mountain Free" card. I'm movin' uptown for one day. Its pouring rain at the mouth of Ogden Canyon right now...hoping for lots of goodness on higher ground.
It's 5:30 AM and I'm up and getting ready to be at Basin by 8:30. My mom convinced me not to go yesterday by allowing me to go skiing this morning and postponing christmas activities until late afternoon. :)

I'll be in the JP line if they have it open, or the MBE line if JP is down for bombing.
Otherwise, I'll be doing my usual trapline... hope to see some of ya'll there!
Oh, and I'll be up friday and saturday as well, so hopefully I can meet up with some of you crazed colorado "let's drive 8 hours to utah to ski for a few days when we have huge mountains 2 hours away" people. :) It's a good thing there aren't more of you. ;)
As always, orange helmet with blue PM stickers on back, one red PM on the side, BBS sticker on the top, uhh... yea. And an old orange backpack that is going to disintegrate any day now. Black pants, NKO skis, a red and white jacket that says BUSKITEAM on the back, but I wear the backpack to cover that up so I don't get constant odd looks.
Also, the basin season passes are small enough to fit in those little built-in clear plastic pockets in jackets now. :)
