Bindings for intermediate girl on dynastar inspireds
I need help choosing/finding bindings for my girl.

Right now she's on some el cheapo 158 atomic e3s that she started skiing on. After a couple big days last year, she's stoked for tree skiing and powder, but the little atomics just aren't cutting it anymore. To solve that, we picked up some 158 dynastar inspireds at a boxing day sale but they need binders.

Budget is tight right now, I have some extra bindings from my collection, but I can't decide what to do. Here are the options i have available: (She's about 5'7" and 125, and just starting to become a solid intermediate.)
- Demo Look TX-11 DIN 4-11 - right DIN range but don't want to weigh her down with demo tracks
- Salomon 912ti (not demos) - too burly?
The easiest for me would be to mount the S912s, but would they be too much for her?

I also have some S912ti demos that I would be willing to trade if anyone has anything suitable, like:
- P10s
- Nova 90/100
- S810
... or any others?

Just go with the sollies or the p10's and set them to 6 or 7.

Mount the 912s. I can't imagine her DIN is below 4.

what is her DIN?

The 912 should work for any adult!

914, DIN starts at 4 so she should be above that, and will need higher later anyways

912s should be fine. They're not too burly and will be fine forever.

Why 914's mtnlion? Unless she's going to start seriously hucking, I can't see why she'd outgrow something with a din of 12. I've got a whole collection of P12s and 120s set on 8 that work great. 14s would just be extra weight and expense as far as I can tell.

I have some Solly 800s, din up to 10. I'd love to trade these for the 912s. And I live in Bellingham, we could do it in person if you're interested.

Thanks for the quick input everyone, I was thinking the 912s at 6ish (and moving up) would be fine but wasn't sure about setting a binding in the lower end of it's DIN range.

Fiddler I may get in touch with you in the next couple days, but right now i'm going towards keeping it simple and staying with what i have.

Once in the last 15 years. Looking to add to that count this year though, so yes.
