you are sking a bro soft for flex right now with the 10ex, super stiff are ,, well very very stiff.
Go to your local construction site, grab a steel I-beam. If you can shoulder that and carry it to some saw horses, you might be in the running. Slap that thing down, hop on top and imagine riding it switch into the road.
They're stiffer then that.
So, basically, cold blue steel; a cat couldn't scratch it.
Don't need that in the quiver.

That's not something I hear very often. They aren't demonstrating a propensity for this kind of thing, are they?
They'll open up a wider turn if you move them back. Tyrone ran the bootcenter back 7mm on the demo binders and said it was a very comfortable ride, something gs'ers would like. At 1038 mm, we felt the snap on shorter radius turns was more responsive.
edit: You don't have to sack up to the supers to get Bros that rip. I started on the supers, went to stiffs, then softs. I was picking up the leftovers for myself, and that just happened to be the order they came in. I am actually amazed at how sweet the softs ski. There's a bunch of softs going out this week and you'll probably hear some feedback. mntlion likes his wet ramen noodle style stiff, so he got a special pair. The soft's flex comparably falls in around the old B3's, maybe a little softer.
Pretty much the first run only I should have probably eased into them. I like to charge low in the front seat. Finding the sweet spot more each time out. They sure as hell don't like to be snowplowed. I don't like snowplowing myself but the steep tight packed gullies require some sort of speedcheck at least for me this early in the season. Thanks again I look forward to vert rackin w/ these.

I went from an r:ex to the (regular) stiffs this year, I thought they'd be a little closer in stiffness but the atomics are actually quite a bit softer. One thing that I've noticed quite a lot is the difference in the consistency of the flex - the atomics have a huge 'dead spot' in the middle of the ski where the flex flattens out a lot - the bros have a nice round flex pattern that's super consistent comparatively. They're both super light skis but I think the bros are actually a lot easier to throw around and they definitely ski shorter than their 188 length.
I'm only 175 and I think the stiffs are perfect for me, I'd guess you'd do well on the super stiffies at 200.

I really don't like the Bandit XXX or B3 (last season), it wandered at relitavely low speed for me (skiing weight - ski boots, fleece, long underwear, gloves, outerwear, helmet, pack, etc. - is lot different than your regular weight, or biking weight). Does it have a big sweet spot?
Now, some people like the B3 or the new B4 (same dimensions as last year's B3) and some people don't. I would guess if you're lightweight (under 165 lbs skiing weight). From what I see at Snowbird almost all the telemarkers are on Inspired Bigs (188cm or 194cm), Vertigo G4's (188cm or 195cm), Snow Rangers (200cm), etc.
Is the Bro Super Stiff as stiff as the Big Daddy, Stormrider DP, Monster 104, Blizzard Titan 9.2, Explosiv, and other powder skis of that nature?
I found that the Big Daddy was too stiff for me (call me a pussy), but the 180-190cm Explosiv was ideal.
